    • 简介：城南市的击剑馆内，首富荣义翔（王奎荣饰）的公子荣维志（李竹饰）被一伙丧心病狂的黑社会份子暴打。维志受伤脱逃，巧遇俞雪儿（冯春哲饰）搭救。而俞雪儿父亲苦心经营多年的产品“金兰”系列在亚洲博览会上荣获金奖，满心欢喜的俞敏之（奚美娟饰）正是在这时候让女儿俞雪儿去机场迎接捧奖归来的父亲，不幸的是其父突遭车祸 去世，企业面临破产的边缘。为争夺“金兰”品牌荣义翔指示其远房兄弟荣义飚准备强行霸占华韵。与此同时，瑞丰公司华诗远（马光泽饰）也产生了与华韵合作的意向。于是三家公司开始了残酷的争夺战。荣义飚让维志深夜潜入华韵化验室盗取绝密资料，黑暗中他将雪儿打昏。华韵终于宣布破产，荣维志带着小兄弟绑架了诗远到一个悬崖边痛打，准备要将诗远扔下悬崖。荣义飚也心生杀计，收买黑帮杀手打算去干掉华诗远，并委派黑社会团伙头目洪彪去炸毁郊外化学用品仓库 ，一时间危险品不断爆炸升空，火光冲天、浪气逼人。警方高度重视，紧急介入调查。荣义翔终于知道堂弟荣义飚一直在盗取他的资产，飙拥有一个神秘的骷髅图，他的野心是一人独霸江湖。 黑社会团伙老大洪彪聚众赌博，被公安局拘捕。出监后与荣义飚一拍即合——绑架华诗远的私生子莱莱，索要赎金500万元。公安部深感问题的严重性，派出了大量警力前来搭救人质缉拿凶犯。聪明的莱莱一面与洪彪周旋，一面用电子表发信号，指示他所在位置。华诗远与洪彪一伙打起了“游击战”，黑老大洪彪被警方抓获，但是莱莱身上却被绑满了炸弹，十分钟内就要爆炸。当警察找到了莱莱时，炸弹一触即发…
